Have questions? Here's the most frequently asked.

Are gratuities accepted?

Yes and thank you!  Imagine you are having a sit down dinner at a fine restaurant. A food tour is similar, except that you’re going to different locations for your meal.  Typical gratuities range from 15 – 20% of the ticket price.

Are there bathroom breaks on the tour?

The tour will have stops with restroom facilities.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Juneau is a mountainside city and our tour includes traversing some inclined streets. A few locations are in historical buildings with stairs and no elevators. We encourage participants to gauge their own abilities as to whether these issues will be barriers.

Does the tour start and end at the same location?

No. The walking area is very small and our guides are happy to help you find your way to your next adventure location.
